- Staff increasing from 285 to 400
- 7,500 patients annually could rise to 11,000
- 330 carparks increasing to 380
- 9,000sqm of additional space
The Southern Cross North Harbour hospital expansion is a halo asset for the client, currently operating eight theatres. A strategic masterplan has been developed to enable future flexibility and scalability, with plans to increase capacity to 15 state-of-the-art operating theatres.
